Refund Policy
The Ramakrishna Parmahansa Foundation for Public Policy, Media Research, and Social Development (a registered trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882) deeply values the support of its donors, well-wishers, and members. We strive to maintain transparency, accountability, and fairness in all our financial dealings.
1. Donations

All donations made to the Foundation are treated as voluntary and non-refundable contributions, unless otherwise specified under special fundraising campaigns.

Refunds will generally not be provided once a donation has been received.

However, in cases of duplicate transactions, accidental payments, or technical errors, donors may request a refund. Such requests must be made within 7 working days of the transaction by contacting us at [foundation email].
2. Memberships / Event Registrations (if applicable)

Membership or event registration fees are generally non-refundable.

In exceptional circumstances, such as cancellation of a Foundation-organized event, the Foundation may provide either a full refund or the option to transfer the fee to a future program.
3. Purchases (if applicable)

If the Foundation offers books, reports, or merchandise for sale, refunds will be considered only for:

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 working days and will be credited to the original mode of payment.
